Due to the nature of educational, training, and charitable activities, all payments are generally non-refundable, except in limited circumstances described below.
Non-Refundable Payments
The following payments are strictly non-refundable:
- Donations or charity contributions
- Registration or admission fees
- Fees for programs, courses, or workshops once access has been granted or sessions have commenced
- Digital content, online classes, recordings, or downloadable materials
- Payments made under special offers, discounts, or promotional schemes
Refund Eligibility (Limited Cases)
Refunds may be considered only in exceptional cases, such as:
- Duplicate or excess payment made due to technical error
- Cancellation of a program or service by Academy Helpful Foundation
- Payment deducted but service not provided due to system or administrative fault
Any refund, if approved, will be processed after internal verification.
Refund Request Procedure
To request a refund (where eligible), the payer must:
- Submit a written request via email or official contact channel
- Provide proof of payment (receipt, transaction ID, date of payment)
- Clearly state the reason for the refund request
Refund requests must be raised within 7 days from the date of payment.
Refund Processing
If a refund request is approved:
- The refund will be processed within 7–14 working days
- The amount will be credited to the original mode of payment only
- Any bank charges, payment gateway fees, or taxes (if applicable) may be deducted
Cancellation Policy
Once a program, course, or service has started, no cancellation or refund shall be allowed under any circumstances.
Academy Helpful Foundation reserves the right to reschedule or modify programs without liability for refunds.
